Ice House Creek... Camp trip 2

We went to Ice house creek for the weekend. I only posted a few of the pictures, I took lots of pictures. I love how the flowers turned out and the one of my legs and feet while driving. Everyone piled in back of the truck to go for a little drive. The kids really enjoyed the Go Karts. We took them to the fishing pond, went on walks thru the forest. It ended up raining on us the first two days we were there for about an hour each day. There were lots and lots of bugs, so we had the camp fire was going all day to help with the bugs. We shot the bb gun's I got really good at that. Had lots of good food, and played some games. It was a nice camp trip, but for me I'm camped out for the year, two camp trips for me (going tent style) is kinda enough.

Tautphaus park gets an upgrade!!!

What a busy day it was. It started off with a friend who called us and woke us up.(Don't worry I won't mention who it was Cari :0) and the call was around 10:00 so it was time to get up anyway)Got out of bed, took shower then headed down to pick up Shad, who had got off early. We drove to Shelley, did some errands went back home cleaned up the house to get ready for some company. (bear in mind I have not had breakfast or lunch by now so i'm getting grumpy)We went back up to town went to Peterson's to drop in and give Sydney a card. Went to Mcdonalds(not the best place but when your hungry it works)then went over to the park notice there's a new play place had a little picnic there. We left to the store to pick up some meat for our next camp trip. Finally back home about 7:00. What a day!! And I still need to go back to Walmart, after we get done planting some more trees.

During the Fourth of July weekend we had the Garcia's & Dyorich's over. We were able to have bbq's, play games, and go out to the movies. On the fourth the Garcia's wanted to experience the river scene so we staked out are spot,which was conveniently over by the Dyorich's grandmas house. It was great cause we were able to see both family's on the night of the fourth. After the fireworks we headed back home and let the kids play with some sparklers and see some fountians.

Since I have the opportunity to work at the temple during a "shut down" I can bring friends and family in to help clean. It was alot of fun(especially bossing Shad around)and afterwards they get to take a tour of the whole temple(there is a neat spot where nobody else can go to). Then we went over to Chilli's for some Appetizer's. We had a really fun time.

Golf anyone!!

Shad,Hunter,Angel,Ryde,Papa went out to Sand Creek to try out the kids course. It's only a five hole course, but perfect for the kids and it is only three bucks! A great way for the kids to learn on (and some of the big kids to). The next day the big kids went out early in the moring to Sage Lakes for a niner.
